“We had RES install a 10.5 KW Solar system on our roof in Homer. They came on the appointed date and got the job done professionally and HEA connected it three days later after inspection with no pickups. The system is performing well so far. We have a 4/12 roof that faces south. (Flatter than ideal, but good). In the first four days in early April while cloudy and snowy with snow on the panels our system produced 15.8, 14, 40.8 and 13.9 KWH per day. The predicted for the entire month of April averaged is 29 KWH/day. Given that it’s been covered by snow most of the time, we are doing quite well in my opinion. April is also rapidly increasing in daylight hours, so we expect better later in April. As it melts off productivity is increasing. Photo is from the day we produced 40 KWH, only completely clear partial day that week.
